Jake Delger has been hunting since he was five years old, tagging along with his dad before he could carry his own gear. That start shaped everything that came after: a lifelong pull toward the outdoors, and eventually, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Poppy who turned an upland curiosity into an obsession.

Jake now spends his falls chasing wild birds across the West with Poppy, and runs two businesses built around that life — Best Gun Dogs, a dog training company, and On Point Media Co, a content agency for the brands that outfit people like him. The result is content shot by someone who's actually in the field, not directing from behind a monitor.
